Domestic:

We use Business 24H Bpost shipping. Shipping fee automatically be calculated for each order based on weight and will be added during checkout

Making time for all orders is a maximum of up to five business days to process which after the order will be sent to you. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

The order should reach you the next day from the date of dispatch.

 

International Europe:

We use Europe Business Bpost. Shipping fee will automatically be calculated for each order based on weight and destination and will be added during checkout, after entering the delivery address. Making time for all orders is a maximum of up to five business days to process which after the order will be sent to you. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Allow 5 to 15 business days for the order to reach you from the date of dispatch. This may vary depending on each countries  COVID-19 related policies.

 

International outside of Europe & UK:

We use World Business Bpost. Shipping fee will automatically be calculated for each order based on weight and destination and will be added during checkout, after entering the delivery address. Making time for all orders is a maximum of up to five business days to process which after the order will be sent to you. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Allow 10 to 40 business days for the order to reach you from the date of dispatch. This may vary depending on each countries customs & COVID-19 related policies on imported goods. Customs duties, if any, on import into the customer’s country are to be borne by the customer.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at JadeysArt. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. 

All items are made to order and are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Therefor we do not accept any returns unless there are defects in the products from my end. We also take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that JadeysArt is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

JadeysArt is not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping. JadeysArt is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
